What are the candles and wax melts made of?
My candles and wax melts are made from consciously chosen, natural waxes.
My container candles are handmade from a blend of soy wax and rapeseed wax. This combination ensures a clean, even burn and a beautiful fragrance release in the glass.
My pillar candles are made with a blend of rapeseed wax and beeswax. This wax combination creates a sturdy candle that holds its shape beautifully and burns smoothly and evenly.
My wax melts are made from a blend of rapeseed wax and soy wax. This combination was specially chosen for a powerful and fast fragrance release in the wax burner.
Are the products organic/sustainable?
Yes! I choose organic and natural waxes and work with reusable or recyclable packaging. This way, you can enjoy your candle or wax melt while being mindful of yourself, your home, and the world around us.
Are all products handmade?
I handcraft all my candles and wax melts in small batches. This ensures that each product is unique and made with care and love, so that your moment with fragrance is
always feels special. I carefully select wax burners and other accessories based on quality and ambiance, so everything fits perfectly into your wonderland.
Are the scents natural?
The scents in my candles and wax melts are carefully selected and of high quality. They are designed to release a pleasant, even fragrance while burning or melting.

Why does my candle sometimes look different?
Because each candle is handmade, slight variations in color, surface, or shape may occur. This is not a defect, but rather a sign of craftsmanship and uniqueness.
How long do the candles burn?
Candles burn times vary by size and type. Each candle's product information includes an estimated burn time, so you'll know exactly how long you can enjoy your candle.

Help, my candle is not burning evenly / tunneling
This is normal, this is the natural burning behaviour of my candles.
My candles are made with a sustainable blend of soy and rapeseed wax. These natural waxes burn cooler and more gently than traditional paraffin candles. Therefore, especially during the first few burns, the wax may not melt completely to the edge.
This isn't a defect, but a characteristic of natural wax. The more you burn the candle, the better the glass heats up, and the melt pool will gradually expand to the edges.
Do you see the flame leaning slightly to one side? This can also happen with natural wax and when the wick curls at the top. Continue to use the candle safely according to the instructions and give it sufficient burning time per session—the candle will eventually burn completely.
My candle flame dances or flickers a lot, is that normal?
Yes, a moving or dancing flame is quite normal in many cases.
Air movement
Even slight air movement in the home — such as ventilation, a door opening or closing, or warm air rising along the glass — can cause the flame to “dance.”
Liquid wax during burning
When a candle burns for a long time, the top layer of wax becomes deeply liquefied. The wick draws the fuel from this moving liquid wax, causing slight variations in the flame. This can create a flickering effect.
This behavior is more common with natural waxes, such as soy and rapeseed wax. It's part of the natural burning process and isn't a sign that anything is wrong with your candle.
Always ensure the candle is placed on a stable surface, out of draughts and is used safely.

Heb je een bekende allergie? Controleer dan altijd het productlabel of de productinformatie voordat je een aankoop doet.
Daarnaast ervaart iedereen geur anders. Waar de één geniet van een krachtige geurverspreiding, geeft de ander de voorkeur aan een subtiele geurbeleving.
Wil je een zachtere geur? Kies dan voor een kleinere kaars in een grotere ruimte of gebruik één (of een half) blokje waxmelt.
Liever wat intenser? Kies voor een grotere kaars in een kleinere ruimte, gebruik meerdere kaarsen verspreid door huis of voeg een extra blokje waxmelt toe aan je brander.
Zo kun je de geurbeleving aanpassen aan wat voor jou prettig voelt.
Are the products safe for pets?
Yes, provided the products are used in a safe place. Always place candles and wax burners out of reach of curious paws and noses. Also, keep pets away from hot surfaces. This way, you can enjoy your fragrant moments while your pet stays safe.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged with care, ensuring it reaches you safely. If you've provided your email address, you'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way. This way, you can quickly enjoy your fragrant wonderland, knowing everything has been carefully prepared.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order. All orders are delivered carefully and as quickly as possible.
Do you also ship abroad?
I currently only ship within the Netherlands. This allows me to guarantee the shipping and quality of your products. If this changes in the future, we will announce it on the website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Want to change or cancel something? Please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to adjust your order before it ships, so you get exactly what you want.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact me to arrange the return. Return shipping is your responsibility. This allows us to process the return smoothly and safely.
